John Burton, the Socialist Equality Party’s 2003 Calfornia gubernatorial candidate, appeared November 30 on radio station KPFK, operated in Los Angeles by Pacifica Radio Foundation, to discuss the issues in the ongoing film and television writers’ strike.

Burton’s comments were aired at 6:30 pm, at the conclusion of the station’s news show. He was introduced as a civil rights lawyer, a 2003 gubernatorial candidate and a member of the Socialist Equality Party by the show’s host, KPFK news director Molly Paige.

Here is a link to the commentary.
