Sri Lankan SEP to hold election meeting in Colombo

Socialist Equality Party (SEP) in Sri Lanka is holding a public meeting in Colombo on March 5 to launch its campaign for the April 2 general election.

The main speaker will be SEP General Secretary Wije Dias, who is a member of the WSWS International Editorial Board. Dias heads the slate of 23 SEP candidates standing in the Colombo district. The other speakers will be Vilani Peiris and Panini Wijesiriwardana, both of whom are candidates and members of the SEP Political Committee. K. Ratnayake, who is also a member of the WSWS International Editorial Board, will chair the meeting.
