Detroit  Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr announced a plan Friday to wipe out the pensions and health care benefits of current and retired city workers, and to lay off the city’s more than 800 water and sewerage workers.

In this video, D’Artagnan Collier, the Socialist Equality Party’s candidate for Detroit mayor, visits the city’s sewerage treatment plant where he works and calls on workers to fight Orr’s plans to dismantle the city and impoverish its population.
