SEP (Australia) election campaign now online

The Socialist Equality Party (Australia) is pleased to announce that its 2013 federal election campaign is now online and available here.

The SEP is standing 10 Senate candidates in the forthcoming federal election, due within the next four months—two in each of the states of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and Western Australia. The campaign is an integral part of the SEP’s struggle to unite workers and youth throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region against war, social austerity and in defence of democratic rights.

Using the latest developments in web design and technology, the new site is attractive and easy to navigate, with regularly updated news and information on the SEP and its election intervention. Visitors can access details on upcoming meetings and the biographies of our candidates. They can also download the SEP’s 2013 election statement and a wide variety of other political commentary and analysis for distribution to neighbours, workmates and friends.

As well, the site provides access to important documents on the SEP’s history and principles and has contact forms for readers and supporters to make a donation, order literature and become actively involved in the election campaign itself.

We urge WSWS readers in Australia and throughout the Asia-Pacific region to visit the site and do whatever you can to assist the SEP’s federal election campaign.
