Video: Defend the social rights of Detroit workers!

Last week, bankruptcy judge Steven Rhodes approved Detroit’s “plan of adjustment” to exit bankruptcy. The plan slashes the pensions and health care benefits of city workers, hands over the Detroit Institute of Arts to private foundations, hives off other publicly owned assets to Wall Street banks and paves the way for the further restructuring of the city in the interests of the rich.

In this video, SEP Assistant National Secretary Lawrence Porter explains the significance of the Detroit bankruptcy ruling, and calls on workers to take up the fight in defense of their social rights.
