Attend Socialist Equality Party election rally in London!

  • No to austerity, militarism and war!
  • Free Julian Assange!
  • For class struggle and socialist internationalism!

The Socialist Equality Party (UK) invites all workers and young people to attend our final election rally being held in London this Sunday, December 8 at 2 p.m.

Next week’s general election will resolve none of the urgent issues facing the working class—regardless of whether the next government is headed by Boris Johnson or Jeremy Corbyn. The SEP’s general election candidates are advancing a socialist and internationalist programme for the working class against austerity, militarism and the turn to authoritarian forms of rule—expressed above all in the state persecution and imprisonment of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Our election candidates, Chris Marsden (Sheffield Central), Thomas Scripps (Holborn & St Pancras) and Dennis Leech (Manchester Central) will address the rally.

Peter Schwarz, Secretary of the International Committee of the Fourth International, and Alex Lantier, National Secretary of the Parti de l’égalité socialiste in France, will also speak. We urge all readers of the World Socialist Web Site in Britain to attend.
