നവംബർ 18 ആം തീയതി ജർമ്മൻ കോടതി സോഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് സമത്വ കക്ഷി (Sozialistische Gleichheitspartei , SGP) എതിരെ  ജർമൻ ഫെഡറൽ റിപ്പബ്ലിക് കേസ് വാദം കേൾക്കുകയാണ്. SGP യെ രഹസ്യന്വേഷണ സേവനത്തിന്റെ വാർഷിക റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ "ഇടതു തീവ്രവാദം" വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെടുത്തി നിരീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനു എതിരെയാണ് കേസ്.
