WSWS/SEP public meeting in New York

The Terri Schiavo case and the crisis of politics and culture in the US

The Socialist Equality Party in the US will be holding a public meeting in New York City on Sunday, April 3. The meeting will discuss the political, social and intellectual significance of the Terri Schiavo case as well as the extraordinary growth of the political influence of Christian fundamentalism in the United States. The main report at the meeting will be delivered by David North, chairman of the editorial board of the World Socialist Web Site and national secretary of the SEP (US).
