Michigan SEP candidate appears on Michigan Talk Radio

Jerome White, the SEP candidate for the 12th Congressional District in Michigan, was interviewed on Saturday morning, September 16, by Ron Pritchard on the Michigan Talk Radio Network.

The discussion focused primarily on the recently concluded Detroit teachers strike and the announcement by Ford Motor Company on Friday morning that it would slash an additional 44,000 jobs in an acceleration of its “Way Forward” plan. White also addressed the significance of the Democratic Party’s refusal to oppose the war in Iraq.

The SEP candidate in Michigan has issued a statement on the Ford job cuts, “Ford’s job massacre: a corporate crime” as well as a statement in support of the Detroit teachers, “Defend the teachers! Mobilize Detroit workers against strike breaking! Billions for public education!”
