Socialist Equality Party national secretary Nick Beams will address a public meeting in Perth on October 17 to launch the party’s federal election campaign in Western Australia.

The SEP is intervening in the elections to advance a socialist alternative to war and militarism, growing social inequality and the escalating assault on democratic rights.

Also addressing the meeting will be the SEP’s candidate for the seat of Swan, Joe Lopez. All World Socialist Web Site readers are warmly invited to attend.
