On October 3, the World Socialist Web Site held the first in a two-part interview series with David North, the chairman of the WSWS International Editorial Board, on the subject, “Why and How the GPU Murdered Leon Trotsky.”

A large audience listened to the live broadcast and submitted comments and questions from dozens of countries all over the world. The recording of the event is now posted online and can be viewed below.
