French Yellow vest protesters travel to London to defend Julian Assange

Dozens of Yellow Vest protesters travelled from France to join a demonstration of about 100 people outside the Westminster Magistrate Court in London on Thursday, as Julian Assange appeared at his first extradition hearing as he faces the threat of rendition to the United States. The day before he was sentenced to spend 50 weeks in Belmarsh Prison.
